Socialize WM Switched to CF .Net 2.0

As a request from the second user (guessing) of Socialize WM I've converted the project to targeting .Net 2.0 rather than 3.5.

Since I searched Google for about 45 minutes before I found an MSDN article that was wrong anyway, before I just opened the XML files and poked about... I thought I'd helpfully document how I did it.

Code: 
<TargetFrameworkVersion>v2.0</TargetFrameworkVersion>

Seems simple enough right? Change that from 3.5 to 2.0..

I actually tried this before starting to search Goolge on the topic. I also changed the ToolsVersion attribute near the top of the file. This breaks things.
